Position Summary
The Operations Manager will lead daily operations and oversee stores across all governorates. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of stores across all governorates to ensure consistent performance and brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures to maintain quality and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop store management teams to build capable leadership and ensure succession planning.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to provide guidance, support, and maintain operational standards.
- Implement quality control measures and customer satisfaction initiatives to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Handle escalated issues and customer complaints to maintain service excellence and resolve critical matters.
- Manage operational budgets and control costs to optimize profitability and resource efficiency.
- Support new store openings and expansion plans to drive business growth and market presence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of multi-location operations management experience.
- Retail industry experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operational management systems and budget management.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
- Results-oriented with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across governorates.
