Change & Communications Manager
Contract: 12 months (extendable)

I am currently working with a leading organisation operating at scale across the Middle East, recognised for delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation across operations, technology, and ways of working.
Role Purpose
Design and deliver engagement-driven change and communications that enable understanding, ownership, and sustained behaviour change across the organisation.
The focus is on:
- Adoption over activity
- Behaviour change over messaging
- Delivery over theory
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change delivery, embedding new ways of working into operations and frontline behaviour
- Design and execute engagement strategies that resonate with different audiences across the organisation
- Create clear, human communications from senior leadership messaging to frontline engagement translating complex programmes into simple, relevant narratives
- Use creative engagement formats such as workshops, storytelling, visual communications, live sessions, and drop-ins to drive participation and ownership
- Apply change frameworks (Prosci / ADKAR / Kotter or equivalent) pragmatically as tools, not rigid models
- Engage confidently with senior leaders, influence without authority, and challenge resistance constructively
- Identify adoption risks early and intervene to prevent change failure
- Work comfortably at pace within ambiguous, evolving programmes
Candidate Profile
- 815 years experience delivering change within large enterprises or complex transformation programmes
- Proven background personally designing and delivering engagement-led change (not delegating delivery to agencies or comms teams)
- Middle East / GCC experience strongly preferred, with cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Strong understanding of human behaviour, organisational culture, and adoption dynamics
- Experience across enterprise environments such as Retail, Technology, Cyber, Operations, or Transformation
