Job Description

Alexander Ash are looking for a Change & Communications Manager who designs and delivers change that actually sticks. This role is about driving adoption, understanding, and sustained behaviour change across complex enterprise environments.

You'll be embedded within major programmes, working closely with leaders and delivery teams to translate change into day-to-day behaviours, ways of working, and operational reality.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver end-to-end change and communications strategies focused on adoption and behaviour change
  • Create engagement-led approaches that bring stakeholders into the change (workshops, live sessions, drop-ins, storytelling, visual comms)
  • Develop clear, human communications from executive narratives to frontline messaging cutting through complexity and corporate jargon
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape messages, influence direction, and address resistance
  • Embed change into operations, processes, and culture, not just project plans
  • Identify early signs of change fatigue or failure and intervene proactively

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering change within large enterprises or complex programmes
  • Strong Middle East / GCC exposure (highly preferred)
  • Consulting background welcome only if you've personally designed and delivered change, not delegated it
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Confident working with senior leaders and influencing without formal authority
  • Strong understanding of human behaviour, organisational culture, and adoption dynamics

Change & Communications Capability

  • Pragmatic use of change frameworks (Prosci / ADKAR / Kotter or similar) as tools, not rigid models
  • Ability to translate complex transformation into simple, relevant, audience-specific messages
  • Creative engagement design skills that drive participation, ownership, and belief
