Change Lead, ERP Transformation

About the Role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Change Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role will lead change management activities that prepare impacted stakeholders and business teams to adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders, functional teams, and transformation leaders to assess change impacts, strengthen business readiness, and support sustainable adoption.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead organizational change management activities for an enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation.

. Assess and document change impacts across deal capture, logistics, trading, and related business processes.

. Develop and maintain change management strategies, plans, and deliverables aligned with transformation objectives.

. Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify impacted groups, influence networks, engagement needs, and adoption risks.

. Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities that build awareness and understanding of the proposed changes.

. Collaborate with business, functional, and transformation teams to align change activities with solution development and deployment milestones.

. Develop business readiness plans and support impacted teams in preparing for future-state processes, technology, and ways of working.

. Monitor change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption risks, recommending appropriate mitigation actions.

Required Qualifications

. 5 to 7 years of experience in organizational change management, including experience supporting enterprise transformation programs.

. Practical experience delivering change management activities for SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP transformation initiatives.

. Relevant experience across deal capture, logistics, trading, supply chain, or related process areas.

. Demonstrated ability to conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and business readiness planning.

. Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders in complex, global, or matrixed organizations.

. Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship management, and advisory skills.

. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining delivery quality.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience supporting global transformation initiatives in industrial, resources, manufacturing, logistics, trading, or supply chain environments.

. Knowledge of established change management methodologies, frameworks, and adoption practices.

. Experience building trusted relationships with senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

. Ability to translate complex transformation changes into clear, practical, and audience-appropriate communications.
