Birbal AI is building a senior delivery team for a landmark AI-Native Enterprise Business Process Reengineering Programme for a major Abu Dhabi Government organization.
We are seeking an experienced Emirati Change Management & Capability Lead to drive organizational change, user adoption, capability development, and knowledge transfer across enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise change management and adoption strategies.
- Design communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Identify and manage change champions across business units.
- Lead capability-building initiatives and knowledge transfer programmes.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions in Arabic and English.
- Support business readiness, user adoption, and organizational transformation.
- Collaborate with governance, process, and project teams to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Change Management experience on large-scale digital transformation programmes.
- UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
- Proven experience in capability building, training, and organizational change.
- Experience working with UAE Government or large public-sector organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Experience preparing bilingual training materials and knowledge-transfer documentation.
Preffered Certification: Prosci ADKAR (preferred)
