This role will ensure alignment with Vision 2030's healthcare transformation goals, while managing cultural, clinical, and operational change across all stakeholder levelsfrom bedside clinicians to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Change Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute a structured change management approach for Tele-ICU implementation.

- Collaborate with clinical trainers to develop Tele-ICU-specific onboarding pathways for physicians, nurses, and respiratory therapists.
- Lead super-user programs and bedside coaching pre- and post-go-live.
- Develop feedback loops to continuously improve user experience and system adoption.
4. Resistance & Change Risk Management
- Assess readiness across different hospital departments and anticipate points of resistance.
- Actively mitigate resistance through data, evidence-based narratives, and peer influence models.
- Escalate key change blockers and propose alternatives with clinical and operational leads.
5. Continuous Improvement & Impact Tracking
- Define and track adoption KPIs (e.g., physician log-ins, consult completion rates, satisfaction surveys).
- Translate system data into insights to showcase ROI and care impact.
- Document lessons learned to inform future Telehealth rollouts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Clinical Informatics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare change management, clinical transformation, or digital health deployment.
- Proven experience supporting hospital digitization in Saudi Arabia (MOH, GHC, or private sectors).
- Familiarity with critical care workflows and multidisciplinary ICU teams.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) highly desirable.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of ICU operations, clinical governance, and digital health trends.
- Culturally sensitive communicator with ability to build trust at bedside and boardroom alike.
- Bilingual: Fluent Arabic and English (mandatory).
