Change Manager – Large-Scale Transformation

We're supporting a major transformation programme and are looking for a Change Manager (Senior Consultant level) to play a key role in driving adoption across a complex, enterprise-wide initiative.
This role is focused on people, communication, and behavioural change,not technical delivery.
What you'll be doing
- Leading change and communications strategy across a large transformation programme
- Engaging senior stakeholders and business leaders to drive adoption
- Designing and delivering high-impact communication plans
- Supporting business readiness and embedding change across functions
- Working closely with programme leadership in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in change management & communications delivery
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Background in consulting or large-scale transformation programmes
- Hands-on delivery mindset (not purely advisory)
- ERP exposure (Oracle/SAP) is beneficial, but not essential
Important to know
- This role is based in the UAE - if relocation is required, this will need to be self-funded.
- We're targeting Senior Consultant-level profiles (not junior, not Director level)
- You'll need to be comfortable operating in a high-accountability, delivery-driven environment
