Job Description

We are hiring a Change & Release Specialist on behalf of a leading organization in the banking sector in Riyadh. You will manage change and release activities across critical banking systems, keeping deployments smooth, controlled, and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Own the change management process end to end: logging, impact assessment, approval, and closure

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate releases across development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams

• Run and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings

• Keep release calendars, deployment plans, rollback plans, and release notes up to date

• Make sure all changes follow ITIL practices, internal policies, and SAMA audit requirements

• Run post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in change and/or release management, with proven banking sector experience

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred)

• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Strong coordination, communication, and risk management skills

• Ability to work under pressure during release windows
