Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel Expansion Executive based in Doha, Qatar. The Channel Expansion Executive will develop strategies to expand distribution channels, identify and onboard new partners, and build relationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, negotiating partnership agreements, monitoring channel performance, and implementing initiatives to optimize sales and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless partner support will also be essential.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and partnership development
  • Ability to analyze market trends and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in managing channel performance and implementing growth strategies
  • Organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
