Job Summary

Responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company's broker and channel partner network to drive property sales, strengthen strategic agency relationships, and maximize revenue across Sanzen Development's real estate portfolio. This role oversees channel partner performance, broker engagement, market expansion initiatives, and post-sales coordination, ensuring alignment with the company's sales objectives and UAE real estate market requirements.1. Channel Partner Management & Development

Develop, onboard, and manage relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, and channel partners to expand market reach.

Conduct regular meetings, project briefings, training sessions, and broker engagement activities to strengthen channel performance.

Build strong working relationships with local and international brokerage networks to generate qualified sales opportunities.

Monitor partner activity, responsiveness, and sales contribution to ensure productive and compliant relationships.

Support launch readiness by ensuring channel partners are fully briefed on inventory, pricing, payment plans, and campaign offers.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive off-plan and ready property sales through the broker and channel partner network in line with company targets.

Monitor lead pipeline, unit allocation, bookings, conversion ratios, and closures generated through channel sales.

Identify new sales opportunities, investor markets, referral channels, and agency tie-ups to increase revenue generation.

Coordinate with the internal sales team and Marketing department to align channel campaigns with project sales objectives.

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consistent broker engagement and follow-up.

3. Broker & Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers, investors, agencies, and strategic business partners.

Oversee broker support from initial inquiry through booking, SPA coordination, commission processing, and handover stages.

Resolve escalated broker or client concerns professionally and in coordination with relevant internal departments.

Ensure high service standards and timely communication across all channel partner touchpoints.

4. Market & Compliance Oversight

Stay updated on Dubai and UAE real estate market trends, competitor activity, and broker market movements.

Ensure all broker and channel sales activities comply with UAE real estate laws, RERA requirements, and company policies.

Coordinate documentation and process compliance related to bookings, commissions, agency arrangements, and project launches.

Provide regular channel sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Development teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and broker servicing.

Participate in launches, broker events, roadshows, exhibitions, and investor presentations when required.

Represent Sanzen Development in channel meetings, networking events, and real estate industry functions to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum 58 years of UAE experience in channel sales, partnerships, or broker management within a real estate developer.

Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market, off-plan sales, and developer channel network.

Proven experience in managing external brokers, agencies, and channel partners to drive sales performance.

Strong understanding of RERA / DLD regulations and real estate sales compliance requirements.

Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.

Ability to coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Administration.

Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.

Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
