Job Description:
- Channel Development & Management
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the Data Center ecosystem.
- Develop and execute channel development strategies to ensure alignment with regional business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their engagement and loyalty.
- Set and track partner performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth through channel partners by promoting DCF solutions and incentive programs.
- Work closely with channel partners to develop and implement joint business plans.
- Monitor partner sales pipelines and provide support to ensure deal closures.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve channel performance.
- Operational Excellence
- Implement and optimize Manage Partner Relationship (MPR) systems to enhance partner operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, technical support, marketing) to ensure seamless operations for channel partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely sharing of PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) data with channel partners.
- Partner Training & Enablement
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on Data Center products, solutions, and industry trends.
- Provide ongoing support and technical guidance to partners to improve their sales and service capabilities.
- Organize partner events, webinars, and workshops to foster collaboration and growth.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all channel operations comply with company policies and regional regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, including sales, revenue, and partner satisfaction metrics.
Position Requirements And Business Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above from a formal university, 3-5 years or above experience in channel management, sales, or operations within the data center industry.
- English is proficient and can be used as a working language.
- Strong achievement orientation, excellent interpersonal understanding and communication skills;
- Be able to adapt to a cross-cultural working environment and team work
- Bold in developing new market segments, able to withstand pressure.
