We are currently recruiting for an Channel Operations Specialist for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.
Job Responsibilities
1. Channel Development & Management
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the Data Center ecosystem.
Develop and execute channel development strategies to ensure alignment with regional business goals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their engagement and loyalty.
Set and track partner performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive revenue growth through channel partners by promoting DCF solutions and incentive programs.
Work closely with channel partners to develop and implement joint business plans.
Monitor partner sales pipelines and provide support to ensure deal closures.
Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve channel performance.
3. Operational Excellence
Implement and optimize Manage Partner Relationship (MPR) systems to enhance partner operations.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, technical support, marketing) to ensure seamless operations for channel partners.
Ensure accurate and timely sharing of PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) data with channel partners.
4. Partner Training & Enablement
Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on Data Center products, solutions, and industry trends.
Provide ongoing support and technical guidance to partners to improve their sales and service capabilities.
Organize partner events, webinars, and workshops to foster collaboration and growth.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all channel operations comply with company policies and regional regulations.
Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, including sales, revenue, and partner satisfaction metrics.
Position requirements and business skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a formal university, 3-5 years or above experience in channel management, sales, or operations within the data center industry.
2. English is proficient and can be used as a working language.
3. Strong achievement orientation, excellent interpersonal understanding and communication skills;
4. Be able to adapt to a cross-cultural working environment and team work
5. Bold in developing new market segments, able to withstand pressure.
