We are Hiring for a Channel Partnership & Sales Activation Manager with One Broker Group in Dubai
Excellent Salary per month + Medical + Visa +Commission
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing broker relationships within a developer or major real estate company.
This is your opportunity to join a high-impact, high-visibility division within Dubai's most trusted exclusive master brokerage firm.
-You will act as the bridge between our internal project sales teams & the wider broker ecosystem driving participation, awareness, for all new launches & project updates & build a strong network across the real estate ecosystem by maintaining cordial, influential relationships with key brokerage partners.
-Conduct 2–3 weekly touchpoints/engagement sessions by inviting brokers to our Sales Centre for project briefings or at External agency offices.
-Deliver compelling project briefings, updates, & new-launch presentations at our sales gallery & directly at agency offices.
-Manage key accounts & top-performing brokers to strengthen our indirect sales channel.
-Plan, coordinate, & execute in-house broker events, briefing sessions, & engagement activities.
-3–5 years of broker engagement, agency relations, or channel partner management experience—preferably with a UAE real estate developer or major real estate company.
