We are hiring experienced Channel Relations Managers to drive sales growth through strong broker partnerships. The role focuses on onboarding, training, and activating high-volume channel partners to achieve ambitious sales targets in the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with high-volume channel partners, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Conduct partner training, sales activation, and regular performance reviews.
- Analyse sales data, forecast performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve daily KPIs (5+ meetings) and annual channel sales targets.
- Travel and weekend work required based on business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Valid UAE Driving Licence.
- 5+ years of Business Development experience in any industry.
- Experience managing top-management or large-volume channel partners.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Flexible, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages preferred: Chinese, Turkish, European languages, Arabic

- Salary: AED 15,000 + commissions
