The Channel Relationship Manager is responsible for building, expanding, and managing the company's broker and partner network across the UAE and globally, with a primary focus on Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role drives lead generation and sales performance through strategic acquisition of new brokerage agencies, continuous engagement of existing partners, and activation of large-scale broker networks. The position ensures consistent broker activity, structured briefings, and high-impact broker events, with the ultimate goal of maximizing market penetration and inbound qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Broker Network Development:
Identify, approach, and onboard new real estate agencies and strategic partners across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Continuously expand the broker network, prioritizing scale and market coverage.
Build strong long-term relationships with agency owners and top-performing brokers.
Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements in line with company policies.
2. Broker Relationship Management:
Maintain regular contact with active broker partners to ensure engagement and motivation.
Monitor broker activity levels, lead submissions, and deal pipelines.
Track performance of agencies and individual brokers.
Reactivate inactive agencies and increase overall productivity of the network.
Managing full broker onboarding and registration process with all documents flow.
3. Briefing and Sales Enablement:
Conduct regular in-person and virtual project briefings.
Organize internal briefings for the sales team.
Ensure brokers are equipped with updated project materials and availability.
Collect market intelligence and broker feedback.
4. Broker Activation and Events:
Plan and execute broker open days, roadshows, networking events, and launches.
Organize co-branded events with key agencies.
Coordinate with marketing for effective broker campaigns.
Drive attendance and engagement at broker-focused events.
5. Communication and Reporting:
Oversee regular broker communications including newsletters and updates.
Develop KPIs related to broker growth and lead generation.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
58 years of experience in business development or broker management within UAE real estate.
Strong existing network within Dubai brokerage community.
Deep understanding of the UAE off-plan real estate market.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
Broker network in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Experience in luxury or premium real estate developments.
Event management and activation experience.
Additional languages (Russian, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
