Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President Sales (KSA) to lead and expand Synax Technologies presence in Saudi Arabia. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth through channel partners, strengthening alliances with vendors, resellers, system integrators, and MSSPs, and executing a country-level go-to-market strategy aligned with Saudi Vision.

The ideal candidate will be based in Riyadh, possess a strong cybersecurity background, and have deep expertise in channel sales, partner ecosystems, and enterprise/government engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Leadership

  • Own and drive P&L, revenue targets, and market growth for Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop and execute country-specific sales strategies for cybersecurity services.
  • Identify large enterprise, government, and strategic accounts.

Channel & Partner Management

  • Build, manage, and scale a robust channel ecosystem (VARs, SIs, MSSPs, resellers).
  • Strengthen relationships with technology vendors and global cybersecurity OEMs.
  • Enable partners through training, joint GTM plans, deal support, and enablement programs.

Market Expansion & Business Development

  • Establish Synax as a trusted cybersecurity distributor in KSA.
  • Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and emerging security demands.
  • Drive adoption of managed security services, SOC offerings, and security assessments through Channel.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor the local sales and presales teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams across the region.
  • Represent Synax with CXOs, government stakeholders, regulators, and strategic partners.

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and partner governance models.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management within the IT cybersecurity.
  • Proven success in value-added distribution (VAD) or cybersecurity solutions sales.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Cybersecurity technologies
  • Managed Security Services (MSSP)
  • Security assessments & compliance
  • Demonstrated experience working with enterprise and government customers in KSA.
  • Strong network across Saudi partners, resellers, system integrators, and vendors.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
