Channel Sales Lead

You must be based in the UAE with an existing network of retail and distribution contacts in the market. We do not offer visa sponsorship. If you don't have relationships you can activate on day one, this role is not for you.

FYZZ is a protein + prebiotic soda made with botanicals and electrolytes.

What you'd own

• Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close retail and distribution partnerships across the UAE modern trade, general trade, specialty, all of it
• Build and execute the go-to-market distribution plan for UAE launch
• Manage distributor and wholesaler relationships end-to-end
• Navigate food & beverage import regulations, compliance, and shelf placement logistics
• Track sell-through data and optimize placement strategy based on performance
• Work directly with the founding team to align distribution with brand and marketing

What we're looking for

• 37 years in distribution, trade, or sales within CPG / F&B / FMCG
• An existing network of retail, distributor, or wholesale contacts in the UAE we need doors you can open, not doors you need to find
• Experience launching or scaling a new product in the UAE, not just managing an established book
• Deep knowledge of the UAE retail landscape: modern trade, general trade, D2C, and the economics behind each
• Understanding of import regulations, trade margins, and shelf placement strategy in the UAE
• Operator mindset you negotiate, you follow up, you close

Bonus: experience with a startup or challenger brand, and familiarity with the functional beverage space in the Gulf.

Compensation

Retainer + commission + milestone bonuses. We'll finalize the structure with the right candidate.

Step 2 The Challenge. We'll send you a short tactical brief (12 hours). You'll pick a retail channel, name specific target accounts, outline how you'd get FYZZ listed, and propose a deal structure. If you know the market, this is easy. If you don't, it'll be obvious.
