Job Description

Sales Strategy & Target AchievementFormulate sales strategies for core products including mobile phones and AIoT across channels, retail and e-commerce. Decompose annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets to channels and teams. Be accountable for core indicators such as regional revenue, market share and gross profit margin.

Channel Development & ManagementDevelop and maintain core channels including carriers, major retail chains, distributors and e-commerce platforms. Optimize distribution channels and inventory health, drive rapid coverage of new products, and control channel pricing and cross-region sales issues.

Customer Relationship & Business OperationsAct as the primary contact for key regional customers, deeply explore customer needs and provide customized solutions. Lead business negotiations, contract signing and payment collection management to enhance customer loyalty and repurchase rate.

Market & Competitor ResponseConduct regional market research, collect policies, consumption trends and competitor dynamics, and deliver competitor analysis reports. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotion and competitive strategies to ensure product competitiveness.

Team & Cross-departmental CollaborationCoordinate cross-departmental resources including product, supply chain, marketing and finance to drive joint marketing and project implementation.

Data-driven Management & ReviewMonitor sales data, inventory turnover, activation rate and other indicators. Regularly produce business reports and forecasts, adjust strategies based on data to ensure sales rhythm and inventory security.

Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, International Trade and related fields are preferred.

At least 5 years of sales experience in the mobile phone / 3C industry, with FSD management experience, and familiar with the local retail channel ecosystem.

English as a working language; fluent Arabic speakers are preferred, with cross-cultural communication skills.

Soft Skills

Possess market insight, business negotiation skills, resource integration capability and team leadership, able to independently operate regional business.

Proficient in Excel for data analysis, able to formulate strategies based on data and drive execution.

Experience in channel policy design, promotion implementation, inventory control and pricing system establishment.

Proven track record in channel development and sales team management, with crisis management and customer problem-solving capabilities.
