About the Role: We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our channel management . The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in store operations, channel construction, and cross-functional leadership within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Channel Layout
- Formulate an overall channel development strategy for the Middle East and Africa region, taking into account policies such as Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and the United Arab Emirates Net Zero Emissions 2050.
- Be responsible for the city-level layout strategy, with a focus on core markets such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
- Develop an online and offline integration strategy to adapt to the habit of young consumers in the Middle East and Africa region who mainly obtain information through social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Dealer Network Construction and Management
- Be responsible for the qualification review of general distributors, contract negotiation, and the entry process, including the setting of KPIs and compliance review.
- Build a channel management system suitable for the market in the Middle East and Africa region and formulate unified operation standards for direct sales and dealers.
- Coordinate and resolve conflicts between direct sales and distribution channels to ensure service consistency, with particular attention to local after-sales service needs.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Strategy
- Collect industry data in the Middle East and Africa region, including competitor channel dynamics, construction plans, customer needs, etc.
- Analyze the channel strategies of major competitors such as BYD, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Tesla in the Middle East and Africa region.
- Based on the positioning of the Avatara brand, formulate differentiated channel plans to highlight the positioning of luxury intelligent electric vehicles.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Monitor core indicators such as store sales per square meter, coverage rate, and investment payback period.
- Regularly generate channel health reports, propose optimization suggestions, and track improvements.
- Be responsible for converting channel business requirements into specific data requirements, clarifying data sources and analysis dimensions.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Leverage the sales, after-sales, and delivery departments to promote channel function upgrades.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities suitable for the market in the Middle East and Africa region.
- Communicate with the product department to ensure that product configurations meet the preferences of consumers in the Middle East and Africa region (such as emphasizing SUV models and adaptability to high-temperature environments).
