Job Description

  1. Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to ensure that strategic and financial targets are met.
  2. Create and implement commercial strategies, including product strategy, MSRP policy, and channel policy.
  3. New RD(regional distributor) ,MD(Master dealer),Resellers development: develop new RD(regional distributor) ,MD(Master dealer),Resellers from CCTV/IT channel.
  4. Existing RD(regional distributor) ,MD(Master dealer),Resellers management: manage sell in/sell out, increase the our business share.
  5. Distributor's management: manage the distributor order, inventory, and sales data.
  6. Training program: execute product training for distributors,RD(regional distributor) ,MD(Master dealer)resellers and installers
  7. New channel development: retail, electronic, mobile, etc.
  8. Plan and execute channel marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
  9. Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategies, and promotional activities, then analyze and develop relevant strategic countermeasures.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum a Bachelor's degree.
  2. At least 2+ years of experience in CCTV industrial channel sales within background , with working experience in the CCTV distributors or CCTV manufacture being a significant advantage.
  3. Excellent market insight and planning ability, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation ability. Strong communication and coordination skills.
  4. Fluency in English and Arabic.
  5. Accustomed to frequent business trips.
