Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and recruit potential channel partners to expand market reach.
- Manage relationships with existing channel partners to ensure satisfaction and performance.
- Provide training and support to channel partners on product offerings and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns for channel partners.
- Monitor and evaluate channel partner performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-10 years of experience in channel sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and channel management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
