Senior Channel Manager – GCC
The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Channel Manager to lead partner growth and revenue across the GCC region. This is a key commercial role focused on building and activating a high-performing partner ecosystem, driving pipeline, and closing enterprise deals through channel partners.
You'll play a pivotal role in expanding regional market presence by developing strong relationships with system integrators, resellers, distributors, and technology partners — turning partnerships into a measurable revenue engine
What You'll Be Doing
- Recruit, onboard, and activate strategic channel partners across GCC markets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of partner-led opportunities
- Drive joint sales execution, supporting partners from deal qualification through to closure
- Develop and execute strategic partner plans aligned with regional growth targets
- Enable partners with clear value propositions, technical positioning, and solution knowledge
- Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution
- Provide market insight on competitor activity, partner landscape, and customer demand
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to maximise partner success
What We're Looking For
- 8–12+ years experience in channel or partner management roles
- Proven track record working within OEM and/or ISV ecosystems
- Strong, established network across the GCC partner landscape (essential)
- Demonstrated success driving enterprise deals through partners
- Experience selling enterprise technology solutions (AI, SaaS, software, infrastructure, or platforms)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and scale partner-led revenue models
