Sales Manager – IT Distribution (Egypt)

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Department: Sales / Channel Distribution

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the growth and expansion of a leading global software portfolio within the Egyptian market through the IT distribution channel. The role will focus on developing partner relationships, driving revenue growth, expanding market coverage, and executing channel strategies across resellers, system integrators, and value-added partners.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT distribution, channel sales, software solutions, and partner ecosystem management within Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration across Egypt.

• Build strong relationships with resellers, VARs, system integrators, consultants, and enterprise partners.

• Drive partner recruitment and enablement initiatives to increase channel coverage.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Manage and grow the existing partner ecosystem.

• Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners.

• Support partners in pipeline development, forecasting, and closing opportunities.

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

• Track KPIs, revenue performance, and partner productivity.

• Coordinate with regional vendor teams to align business objectives and growth plans.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.

• 5–10 years of experience in IT distribution, channel sales, or software sales.

• Strong understanding of the Egyptian IT market and channel ecosystem.

• Experience working with enterprise software, design software, infrastructure, or cloud solutions is preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
