Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel Sales Representative located in Dubai. The Channel Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role involves presenting product solutions, negotiating deals, providing exceptional sales support, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The representative will actively contribute to the growth of PropExcel's partner network and market reach.

Qualifications
  • Channel sales experience, relationship management, and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders and clients.
  • Understanding of property management and familiarity with technology solutions in the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Experience in account management, lead generation, and customer relationship building.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and an aptitude for learning new tools and technology quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in channel sales or technology solution sales is advantageous.
