Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

1. Conduct master distributor qualification review, contract negotiation and onboarding, including KPI setting and compliance check; assist in formulating regional channel expansion plans.

2. Manage channel development in Middle East & Africa, evaluate distributor performance, analyze channel quality, and follow up on improvement measures.

3. Oversee new store confirmation, construction, opening and on-site supervision; establish store management standards and conduct annual performance analysis.

4. Develop store inspection mechanisms, supervise implementation by distributors, and carry out random store inspections.

5. Collect regional market and competitor data, generate channel health reports, and put forward optimization suggestions.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of relevant experience in channel management or marketing.

2. Work Experience:

5+ years of experience in store sales, store management or channel development is preferred.

Basic knowledge of the automotive industry with experience in marketing and channel management.

3. Competencies:

Strong communication, coordination and quick response to emergencies.

Excellent cross-departmental coordination and resource integration skills.

Professional written and spoken English; able to use English as a working language.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
