ABB Smart Buildings enables optimization of energy efficiency, safety, security and comfort for
any building type, through new installations or retrofit solutions. The Division offers integrated digital technologies to control HVAC, lighting, shutters, and security, in addition to energy distribution solutions including DIN rail products, enclosures and emergency lighting through to industrial plugs and sockets and conventional wiring accessories, accommodating for single family homes, multiple dwellings, commercial buildings, infrastructure and industrial applications. The Division's highly innovative technologies and digital solutions serve rising global demand among real estate developers, owners, and investors for smart building technologies that optimize energy distribution and building automation. The scalable solutions aim to deliver significant sustainable and financial benefits, meeting social and environmental demands, while being able to address even the most complex of customers carbon reduction strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

Sales support:

• Offers technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB products/systems/ applications.
• Manage partner inquiries and resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams (sales, operations, Marketing)
• Support onboarding activities for new partners, including documentation review and system access setup.
• Assist in the preparation of partner enablement materials, product updates, and sales collateral
• Diagnostic studies: lead the teams to Performs analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs. Proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries.
• Standard & Governance: Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization. People Leadership & Development: Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed. Coaches motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Min. 5 years experience in panel building activities.
• Min. 3 years experience with ABB tools and platforms.
• Fluent in English communication
