Job Purpose
Drive smooth day-to-day marine operations by updating CTRM/Marine ERP data, coordinating payments, and delivering disciplined back-office support across Urea, Ammonia, and container shipments.
What you'll do
- Run daily marine operational tasks for dry cargo, tanker, and container shipments.
- Coordinate operational activities for in-house shipments from load to discharge.
- Maintain accurate, timely updates in CTRM systems and Marine ERP platforms.
- Track vessel schedules, port line-ups, and cargo movements to prevent slippages.
- Coordinate payments, invoicing, and cost tracking with rigorous follow-up.
- Prepare clear operational reports and keep stakeholders consistently informed.
- Support logistics analysis, trade-flow data, and documentation processes.
- Uphold high administrative standards with impeccable attention to detail.
- Meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure with professional accuracy.
What you'll bring
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Maritime Business or Maritime Law is a strong plus.
Experience
- 13 years in marine/shipping operations (mandatory).
- Exposure to:
- Dry cargo and/or tanker operations
- Container operations (preferred)
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Marine ERP systems.
- Solid understanding or hands-on experience with CTRM systems.
- Strong analytical and data-handling abilities.
- Advanced computer proficiency.
Language
- English: Fluent (B1 level or higher).
