Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat & Call Customer Service (B2) representative, based in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via chat and calls, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and adhering to established communication standards. The representative will handle diverse customer needs, resolve issues proficiently, and contribute to an improved customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Customer Experience and the ability to foster positive customer interactions
  • Demonstrates excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a customer-centric role
  • Fluency in English, at least at a B2 level or higher
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is an advantage
