Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chatting Opportunity B2 position located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers through chat platforms, responding to inquiries promptly, resolving issues, and providing accurate and effective solutions. The role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a professional demeanor, and collaborating with team members to meet performance goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing chat-based communication tools
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and problem-solve effectively
  • Customer service skills and experience in a similar role
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work on-site and as per organizational schedules
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in the customer service, BPO, or communication fields is an advantage
