Private Chef – HNWI Family
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Private Chef to manage all culinary requirements for a prestigious HNWI family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting high-quality meals while maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, discretion, and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the family.
- Design customized menus based on family preferences, dietary requirements, allergies, and nutritional goals.
- Cook a variety of cuisines including Arabic, Continental, Mediterranean, healthy wellness-focused meals.
- Source and purchase high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory.
- Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Cater for private gatherings, family events, and special occasions when required.
- Prepare meals for guests while maintaining restaurant-quality presentation standards.
- Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless meal service.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Monitor food costs and minimize wastage.
- Stay updated on culinary trends, healthy eating practices, and international cuisines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Private Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role.
- Previous experience working for VIP, Royal, UHNW, or HNWI families is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and dietary requirements.
- Ability to prepare healthy, organic, and nutrition-focused meals.
- Excellent food presentation and plating skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as required.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
