Chef de Cuisine – Mediterranean Cuisine

At Andaz Dubai The Palm, we believe in creating vibrant, authentic experiences through exceptional food and genuine hospitality. We are looking for a passionate Chef de Cuisine or an experienced Sous Chef ready to take the next step in their career to lead our Mediterranean culinary offering.

As Chef de Cuisine, you will oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations, inspire and develop your team, and work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver innovative, high-quality dining experiences that reflect the spirit of the Andaz brand.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a premium Mediterranean restaurant.
• Strong expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, including regional specialties from Italy, Spain, France, Greece, and surrounding regions.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen cost management.
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and developing high-performing teams.
