Summary-
We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie specializing in Oriental cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with our recipes and standards.
Job Responsibilities-
- Prepare and cook Oriental dishes according to set recipes and standards
- Assist in developing new menu items and specials
- Ensure that the kitchen station is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
Candidate Requirements-
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in Oriental cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of Oriental cooking techniques and ingredients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus

- Ability to create and execute authentic oriental recipes
