The Culinary team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences through innovation, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. As a Chef de Partie, you will report to the Junior Sous Chef and play a key role in leading your assigned kitchen section, supporting junior associates, and contributing to the overall success of the culinary operation.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented in line with Rosewood culinary standards, recipes, and quality expectations.

You will support the Junior Sous Chef in maintaining operational excellence, controlling food quality and costs, developing team members, and ensuring all food safety and hygiene requirements are consistently met. Your leadership, culinary expertise, and commitment to excellence will help create outstanding dining experiences for our guests.

• Lead the daily operation of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes, presentation standards, and Rosewood culinary guidelines
• Support inventory management, mise en place preparation, and maintenance of appropriate stock levels
• Coach and develop junior culinary associates, supporting their growth and adherence to kitchen standards
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the kitchen
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture while supporting operational and business objectives
  

• You have experience working in a professional kitchen within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-quality restaurant environment
• You are passionate about culinary excellence and delivering exceptional dining experiences
• You possess strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation techniques, and kitchen operations
• You have a thorough understanding of food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards
• You demonstrate leadership potential and enjoy supporting and developing junior team members
• You communicate effectively in English and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
