We are looking for an experienced and passionate
Chef de Partie Burger to join our Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in crafting high-quality burgers, handling premium ingredients, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of burgers (smash, grilled, specialty) to brand standards
- Ensure consistency in seasoning, temperature, and presentation
- Supervise and support commis chefs during daily operations
- Handle mise-en-place, patty preparation, toppings, sauces, and assembly
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and ingredient rotation
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure a smooth kitchen workflow
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a CDP in burger concepts or casual dining kitchens
- Strong knowledge of burger preparation, grilling techniques, and sauce production
- Ability to handle high-volume production while maintaining quality
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
