Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your assigned section.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
