Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served on time.
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Train and support junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials.

Requiremen

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Culinary diploma or relevant professional training preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
