Key Responsibilities

• Manage and run your assigned section efficiently during service
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation in line with brand standards
• Support junior kitchen team members through training and guidance
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing food waste
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Solid culinary skills with attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
• Passion for hospitality and continuous improvement
