Role Description

We are seeking a Chef De Partie to join our team at Ethos Coffee Cafe in an on-site, full-time capacity. The Chef De Partie will oversee food preparation and assist in menu development to complement our cafe offerings. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met, managing kitchen staff during service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Collaboration with team members and providing exceptional culinary service are key aspects of this role. This position is based in Al Ain.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation, and managing kitchen operations.
• Experience in menu development and ensuring food presentation standards.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and maintaining hygiene in a professional kitchen.
• Strong team management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.

• A culinary arts degree or relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage.
