CDP – Chef de Partie

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) with strong QSR and F&B experience to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate must be familiar with and specialized in Poori & Karak-style food preparation, high-volume production, and fast-paced restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Poori, Karak, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
  • Manage assigned kitchen sections and ensure smooth food production during peak hours.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
  • Ensure fast and efficient preparation suitable for QSR operations.
  • Supervise and guide kitchen staff within the assigned section.
  • Monitor food preparation, ingredient quality, and stock requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Ensure proper FIFO, food storage, and temperature control practices.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order preparation.
  • Follow company SOPs, food safety regulations, and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CDP, preferably in QSR, F&B, or hospitality operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in high-volume and fast-paced kitchen environments.
  • Must be familiar with and specialized in Poori & Karak preparation.
  • Good knowledge of QSR kitchen operations and food production standards.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain quality and speed during busy operational periods.
  • Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
  • Immediate joiner is mandatory.
  • Locally available in Doha, Qatar is preferred.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
