Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Arabic, Asian, and Western dishes professionally
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen operations
- Monitor food stock and kitchen supplies
- Follow hotel recipes, standards, and food safety regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations
- Ensure timely food preparation and guest satisfaction
- Support menu planning and kitchen improvement activities
