Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef located in Abu Dhabi. We're not just looking for a chef we're looking for a foundational partner.

This is a unique opportunity to help build Sando Haus from the ground up, shape our culinary direction, and grow alongside the brand. You'll play a key role in defining our menu, culture, and standards as we expand.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute the Sando Haus menu, from classics to new creations
• Lead kitchen operations and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency
• Work closely with the founders on brand growth and operational strategy
• Manage sourcing, inventory, and kitchen systems for scale
• Recruit, train, and inspire a growing kitchen team

• With less than a year of professional kitchen experience
