Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to set menus and standards.
  • Ensure proper food hygiene and safety practices are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Work closely with other kitchen and site staff.
  • Support efficient food preparation and service operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Catering qualification or relevant training.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Experience & Skills: Previous experience in catering or kitchen operations; strong cooking and food preparation techniques; good understanding of ingredients and meal preparation; ability to work in a team environment.

Personal Attributes

Friendly and approachable personality; good communication skills (Arabic or English); ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
