Summary:
As a Chef Tournant, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of food at various stations in the kitchen. You will assist the executive chef in menu planning, recipe development, and staff training.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage and supervise the kitchen staff at different stations
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the recipe and presentation standards
- Collaborate with the executive chef to develop new menu items
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Monitor food costs and assist in inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and methods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and passion for food
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
