Job Description

We are seeking dynamic Chemical Engineering graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in sales, particularly those with a passion for business development or prior experience in selling Lubricant Additives, Chemical Raw Materials, Epoxy Resins, or Hardeners.

The Technical Sales Executive shall be responsible to Build and maintain trustful, professional relationships with customers to ensure loyalty, identify and engage promising prospects through cold-calling and networking.

Job Description:

  1. Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce companys products.
  2. Support the sales team in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  3. Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  4. Provide clients with technical information and support regarding our chemical products.
  5. Help organize technical documentation and presentations.
  6. Participate in engaging training sessions and collaborative team meetings.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to our dynamic team.

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields. MBA or advanced education in a technical field is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and networking skills. Ability to create and give effective presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
