Job Description
Follow daily schedule and check all systems at clients, take all possible corrective actions and provide all necessary technical support to clients.
Complete and submit visit reports
Collect Legionella, Bacteriological and protozoa samples from sites and coordinate with lab.
Understand all treatment programs that are being used at facility and ensure correct chemical programs for the water characteristics and systems.
Monitor client s chemical consumption and ensure client is maintaining sufficient stock and orders to cover this consumption.
Prepare for and attend client monthly meetings as per ST best practice and ensure clients satisfaction.
Follow up on all repaired or newly installed equipment to ensure client satisfaction
Handle and support branches accounting departments to ensure prompt client payments.
Build special work relation with all client s staff, maintain up to date information about the hotel staff (resigning and appointment at new hotel)
Be aware of individual, branch targets and work towards achieving them.
