The Sales Representative is responsible for executing the full sales cycle for Industrial chemical products, from client prospecting to product trial, pricing negotiation, and closing. This role requires technical engagement with client production teams, factory visits to oversee product trials, and follow-up collecting client evaluation reports. The Sales Representative must maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and generate new business by identifying opportunities and offering solutions tailored to customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Industrial chemicals including client engagement, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct regular visits to all clients in the assigned portfolio to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients on product delivery, performance feedback, and issue resolution.
- Monitor client credit limits and coordinate with Finance for collection follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the technical team to plan and conduct on-site product trials at client factories or dyeing facilities.
- Attend factory trials to explain product usage and ensure proper application procedures.
- Prepare and present customized offers based on client needs and market conditions.
- Negotiate prices, terms of payment, and delivery schedules with customers in coordination with the sales manager.
- Ensure profitability and commercial viability of deals while maintaining competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in Performance chemicals or industrial raw materials such as ( Paints, Plastics , Industrial chemicals).
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical understanding of Industrial processing and chemical applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
