Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Developing sales and client portfolio in the field of water treatment chemicals through technical expertise, water chemistry audits, and tailored solutions to specific site-specific needs. The Sales Manager is responsible for the full client cycle: from identifying and qualifying potential customers and conducting a technical survey to preparing a commercial proposal, launching a treatment program, demonstrating the economic impact, and further account development.

Primary Responsibilities

∙ Developing sales of chemical reagents and solutions for industrial water treatment in the Saudi Arabian market.

∙ Finding new clients and developing the existing client portfolio.

∙ Conducting meetings, technical presentations, and negotiations with technical specialists, engineers, buyers, and decision makers.

∙ Conducting facility audits and assessing the current water chemistry regime.

∙ Determining client needs and selecting the optimal chemical treatment program in collaboration with the technical team. ∙ Preparing technical and commercial proposals, calculating dosages, treatment costs, and potential savings for the client.

∙ Monitoring reagent application results and preparing performance reports.

∙ Translating technical results into clear business value for the client: cost reduction, increased uptime, reduced corrosion/deposits, and improved equipment efficiency.

∙ Negotiating pricing, delivery terms, and contracting.

∙ Achieving sales and margin targets.

∙ Developing long-term relationships with key clients and increasing sales within existing accounts.

∙ Monitoring the market, competitors, and new business development opportunities.

∙ Interacting with the company's technical, laboratory, and commercial teams.

Key Requirements

∙ Higher education in engineering and chemistry is a plus.

∙ Practical experience in industrial water treatment and/or water chemistry technologies.

∙ Knowledge of several technology areas: cooling systems, boilers, RO, corrosion and scale inhibitors, biocides, and antiscalants.

∙ Experience in technical sales, B2B sales, application engineering, technical customer support, or business development in water treatment, chemicals, or industrial equipment.

∙ Ability to explain complex technical issues in business terms and financial impact.

∙ Experience in negotiations and working with technical and commercial decision-makers.

∙ English language proficiency – B1–B2 or higher.

∙ Willingness to regularly travel and work directly at customer sites.
