Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily lab activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tests.
  • Review and validate test results, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Support product development by conducting advanced trials and providing technical feedback.
  • Investigate product complaints and non-conformities, proposing corrective actions.
  • Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, ensuring operational readiness and safety.
  • Train and mentor Lab Technicians, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
  • Supervising the quality control team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Reporting on daily and monthly basis.
  • Oversee all laboratory operations, ensuring timely and accurate testing of raw materials, finished products, and prototypes.
  • Analyze test data and prepare technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Investigate product complaints and non-conformities, leading root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Manage lab resources, including equipment calibration, procurement, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to support product development, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in construction materials or industrial mortars.
  • Strong understanding of lab testing methods, quality control, and product formulation.
  • Experience with ISO standards and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
