Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jubail for a Chief Accountant. The Chief Accountant will oversee accounting operations, manage financial reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, develop and enforce internal controls, and supervise the accounting team. Responsibilities also include preparing and analyzing budgets, handling financial audits, and ensuring accuracy in all financial records and statements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Planning
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP Systems, past experience in Odoo is highly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Taxation, Payroll, and Compliance Standards
• Strong skills in Leadership, Team Supervision, and Communication
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CMA, CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in accounting or financial management, manufacturing industry experience is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is a plus
