This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah for a Chief Accountant. The Chief Accountant will handle all accounting operations, including managing financial transactions, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include preparing accurate financial reports, developing and implementing financial policies, overseeing audits, and supervising the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Bilingual (Arabic + English) with a transferrable IQAMA - Immediate availability

Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and preparing financial statements

Experience in retail FMCG sectors

Expertise in cost analysis and internal controls

Extensive knowledge of IFRS accounting standards, compliance, and tax regulations (VAT, Withholding Tax)

Strong skills in accounting software and ERP systems

Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail

Leadership and team management skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA preferred)

Previous experience as a chief accountant or in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
